Restaurant: Chimek
Comments: Chimek is a new addition to the Fremantle markets serving burgers, chicken wings and some desserts. They have two burgers; the famous
charcoal beef burger and the
sticky pork cranberry burger. Both these burgers are delicious! I liked the charcoal one more but my girlfriend preferred the pork one. The chicken wings were super tasty too and the chips were so crunchy! Finally for dessert, we shared a slice of
green tea cheesecake. The plating was different to how I saw it on Instagram, but the taste was definitely ON POINT! When we got to the stall at 10am, there were only 5 slices of green tea cheese cake left.. so get there early to avoid disappointment! The black sesame cheesecake was lacking black sesame flavour but I still demolished it.
Rating: 85% - would highly recommend!
